TERMS OF SERVICE
A. Commissioning me means that you have read the terms of service and that you accept it and understand its contents.B. Commissioned works are for personal use only. Under any circumstances the commissioned artwork must not be used for profit. Proper credit is expected when commissioned artworks are used.C. I have every right to decline a commission. For example: if it falls under the list of the subjects I cannot do or I believe that my skill level may not meet your request.D. I have all the rights to my creations. Putting my work into any A.I. engine or training is extremely prohibited. Using my artwork as NFT is also prohibited.E. I will not be accepting commissions with deadlines.F.. Payment and Refunds
- Payment transactions will be done using Paypal or GCash.
- Payment is always full and upfront.
- I will not start working without payment.
- Strictly no refunds.G. Commission
- I will regularly contact the client for updates regarding the progress of the commissioned work.
- Clients should provide clear and complete requirements (i.e. references and assets) of their request before the work begins.
- Two major revisions after the final sketch.
- The finished work will be sent via discord, gmail, or twitter.
